at 70% off published rates will be charged for extension
of stay beyond 6.00pm. |

shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit |

Foreign
currency will be converted at the point of payment according
to the prevailing exchange rate. |

Prior room
reservation is required and is subject to room availability.

Room Reservations
are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card,
or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved
to be deposited into the resort’s bank account
which shall be advised during the confirmation stages. |
| CONFIRMATION
& CANCELLATION POLICY : |
|
Upon Confirmation,
10% of the room/packages charges for the total rooms/packages
reserved shall be charged to the guest Credit Card/
Account. The 10% deposit is non-refundable.
|
|
No charge will be levied
if cancellation is made within 4 days or more prior
to the Check In Date. The 10% non-refundable deposit
will be forfeited and it is non-transferable.
|
|
Fifty percent (50%)
of the room/package charges for the total rooms/ packages
reserved shall be charged to the guest Credit Card/Account
in the event if cancellation is made within 03 to 02
days prior to the Check In Date. |
|
One Hundred percent
(100%) of the room/package charges for the total rooms/
packages reserved shall be charged to the guest Credit
Card/ Account in the event if cancellation is made less
than 2 days prior to the Check In Date. |
|
In the event of No
SHOW a One Hundred percent (100%) of the room/ package
charges for the total rooms/packages and the total length
of stay shall be charged to the guest Credit Card/Account. |
